Last night Mr80grit made gluten free lasagna. He doesn't know how to make for a family of two. Nope he made enough for an army.
It is a good thing I like lasagna. We put several meals in the freezer for later. Yummy. Yes, he did use a turkey roasting pan to make it. It took put the top shelf of our frig.

The lasagna looks delicious. I'll have to look at some of your past posts for recipe ideas as there's a family member with celiac and I never know what to bring for food that she, too, can enjoy!
