a simple dinner

I know it doesn't seem like much. But it is a wonderful thing to find a gluten free bread that makes a good grilled cheese. It has been a very long time since I had grilled cheese, this was an absolute delight!

It have me the energy to finish me gray dawn shawl. Pictures to come. Now to recast the wedding shawl
