Day 167/366

Wasn't a vacation, it was a sick day. Yep, I was that sick not to even make to the office. Even though one of my coworkers was willing to move my desk into the bathroom if I would come in.

Day 164/366

Well once I woke this morning there was a cat to feed, she patiently waited for me to awaken before requesting breakfast. Coffee was brought to me by my wonderful hubby. Then it was a quick shower before lunch with Em followed by yarn and house clean up with an impromptu dinner party that start with dessert then drinks and then dinner with our Marshall clan. July 4th camping plans were formulated along with zoo possible trip tomorrow for Em and kiddos.

Day 163/366

Wow Saturday included sleeping in. Coffee, lunch with my parents, sonic drink that kept me up until the wee hours of the morning and of course knitting.

Day 160/366

Another day at work waiting for the other shoe to drop, but found time to knit at lunch and then again on the way home after staying late. I love that my lunch time sock and my car sock are different pairs. Too unfocused to knit on my shawl tonight.

Tuesday, June 7, 2016

Day 159/366

Knitted on sock at lunch and in the car but no socks to knit on at home so that meant casting on a new shawl.

Day 153/365

Head cold hit me yesterday afternoon with a vengeance. I did make it to work today until lunch. Hubby brought me home where I slept most of the afternoon. Woke up about 5 pm and when I was finally able to make sense, hubby got me dinner. Spicy chicken and shrimp hits the spot when your head is full.
