2nd sock revisited

This is the second attempt on the second sock. I realized late Wednesday night that the first attempt was short by 8 stitches in width. Of course, I didn't notice until the foot gusset. I guess I should have checked multiple times when casting on in the middle of the Harry Potter movie marathon on Sunday. So hopefully I will have enough knitting time this weekend to get it done. My plan is to have it done before Thanksgiving. I have another project I want to complete before December 1st.

    I really love the colors in that skein. Sometimes when shopping in the store I can't see the yarn as it will look when finished. I can see a yummy scarf in the work.
