I had forgotten how much I enjoyed knitting shawls. Even the cast off is exciting. The last row and cast off took me all evening bit it was worth it. I can't wait to block it.

Quiet Saturday

Today wasn't overly busy for me. Sound practice, a nap, late lunch, knitting, dinner with hubby at home, more knitting. I am on my last chart of the traveling woman shawl. I don't even want to think of how many stitches are on the needles.

Kick off to crazy season

Today kicked off the start of crazy season at work. Now it is countdown to student fest 2014. I did knit 2 rows on my shawl tonight.

Mr80grit birthday

Today was hubby's birthday. It was a very busy day that ended late. Church on the morning as on sound team this week, work at K for him, dinner out with the girls after work with dessert at the girls house. So much fun!
