Back at the office

Today is the last week of work for 2014, so I was thrilled to be able to go back into the office. While I still can drive and have to rely on rides from my family and friends, I am doing much better.

Time to heal

Time to heal means a lot of time sitting in a comfy chair with my feet up and my knitting, if Fergie isn't in my lap demanding pets. Fergie has become my therapist, making sure I don't over do it. It will be hard to go back to work on Monday, but as I am healing and need to be in the office this next week as it will be the last week of work this month. I love that I work for a place that closes for Christmas.

More time in er

This evening found us back at the ER as there was concern regarding my knee. So while waiting to be seen I cast on these socks. On the up side, thew morning antibiotics were done tonight so I don't have to be back to the ER until 3 pm tomorrow (Tuesday). So I can sleep in!

Shopping

I am not a big shopper but I thought I would participate this time the Tuesday topic 

1. Snider Bros Meat - it is a local butcher shop where I get meat for dinner several times a week as they are good and they are right by my work.
2.  The Store - a local grocery shop also right by my office so I usually buy something for lunch or a snack.
3. Blazing Needles - my local yarn shop, I seem to visit this one more often in the last year with my friends that have started knitting.
4. Unraveled Sheep - other local yarn shop that I love to shop at
5. Tea Zaanti - my favorite tea shop that open up by Blazing needles. The photo is from a visit there this fall.
6. Calling all Dogs - it is a wonderful pet food/pet toy store near my work
7. Wool Cabin - another local yarn store
8. otherwise my hubby is the shopper or I find it online.
