A day off

I scheduled to have this day off so that we could leave for our camping trip early instead it has become a sick day. I can't remember the last time I had a cold this bad. Hubby is just as sick but is much more mobile than I am today. So he brought me a coffee to enjoy. Our friends still went camping which is so good. I am not up to knitting yet but I am enjoying my library books. The cats are keeping me company today. I am hoping to see some movies this weekend and have some meals with family. But I am going to focus on getting well.

Another morning mocha

So yesterday I left my coffee thermos at the office. I took my coffee with me yesterday as I had a call @ 815 am that my permanent crown was in. So I went in immediately so didn't have time to enjoy it before work.

So since I forgot mu thermos my wonderful hubby told me to get coffee out this morning so I did. It was the high point of my day UNTIL A called and said her and bear were on their way home and would be in on Friday. Oh happy day :D we have so missed them. Even Fergie and China are complaining that there is no dog slobber in the water dish. So we are all excited for tomorrow then on Saturday M comes home too! Just in time for mother's day. My mom is excited to see them too!

Monday mocha

It is less than two weeks to our big event for work. I forgot to set the auto timer on the coffee pot this morning, so there was no coffee to wake up with before starting my day. So I was going to wait until I got to the office this morning to make a pot but after the library I  had a phone meeting with my boss in the parking lot that my favorite coffee hut is in, so iced mocha coffee it is! The weather is warm enough to enjoy iced coffee with the sun shining!
